1️⃣ Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship (PGP)

⛔ Effectively paused / frozen

• No open intake like before
• Selection only by random lottery
• Extremely limited spots
• Waiting time can exceed 5–10 years

👉 Reality: Not a reliable pathway anymore

2️⃣ Start-Up Visa (SUV) for Most Applicants

⛔ Not officially closed, but heavily restricted

• Backlogs of 3–4+ years
• Designated organizations are saturated
• High refusal rates for weak or copy-paste ideas

👉 Reality: Works only for very strong, real founders

3️⃣ Low-Wage LMIA Pathway
